You are planning a project with natural stone, for example the interior design of a ship or a high-quality building? We advise you on project planning and provide you our whole know-how regarding natural stone. Furthermore we’d like to take over the owner representation on your projects.
We accompany construction projects in the area of shipbuilding or building construction from start to finish and act as construction manager. With ROKO Project & Consulting GmbH you receive a capable construction manager with many years of experience.
We take over the quality control on your natural stone projects: beginning with the controlling of the raw materials and during ongoing production control to final checks up to dry lay inspection.
Right after the bidding phase a project starts with material selection and working preparation: together with the designer the project management selects suitable materials based on pictures.
As soon as the favorites have been selected, customer, project management and designer travel together to the place of material origin. Here the material is viewed in person, its quality is checked and the areas of application are determined.
Once all materials have been determined, e.g. for walls, floors, inlays and washbasins, the final drafts of the production drawings follow. Finally the production of the project is started.
Before all components are assembled, the so-called FAT takes place in the workshop. All parts are checked regarding quality and dimensional accuracy. If there are any deficiencies, they can be revised. Only then the assembly starts and the project is approved.
Customers appreciate our ability of bringing together all persons involved in the project – from designers to suppliers to the customer, we act as a competent contact for all parties!

Roland Kohl has more than 20 years experience as project manager for natural stone projects. The trained carpenter and technician for building construction worked primarily in the yacht and cruise ship sector. Here he coordinated new constructions and modifications on almost 50 shops all over the world. Roland Kohl also handled other construction projects as project manager, such as the new construction of the airport in New Delhi, various bank buildings and private residences. Among other places, the native Upper Palatinate has worked in the USA, Canada, Saudi Arabia and India.
